Finding The Perfect First Communion Dress

There are so many different styles of Holy Communion Dresses to choose from. Some, to be honest, look a little too grown up, fussy or look just like a bridal gown! In our Communion Dress Collection, we have tried to bridge the gap between what she wants and what mum finds acceptable so both agree and choose the perfect dress.

The beauty of our service is that we make all our dresses to order and so you can add, take away, change the sleeve, adjust the desired length etc. If the changes are within reason, there is no extra charge, but otherwise, we can give you the cost option for exactly what you want.

The other advantage of our service is that the dress will fit perfectly so if your little darling is not an average 8 year old, you can let us know and we can ask you for some key measurements. These measurements will be compared to our standard patterns and then adjusted accordingly, thus ensuring the perfect fit for that big day.

If you want accessories to match, you only need to ask! We can make almost anything from the same fabrics, lace, tulle or trims. We will just cost it on request and give you the option to order.Our hand knitted bolero (£59) is also perfect to keep that spring chill at bay.

Sue, as designer and Naomi, as pattern maker, are always on hand to offer advice if you want to call or email. We are also happy to post out any swatches before you order to make sure it is exactly as you want it. After it is such a special day and we realise the importance of getting it right! We like to have 6-8 weeks before the required delivery date but if you have left it a little late, don't worry, we can always prioritise your order.
